The Right Fit offers a weekly overview of how to embrace an active and healthy lifestyle. Ongoing segments include Flexing with Harley, a weekly workout with a personal trainer who gives quick and easy tips on how to get fit and target problem areas, and Work-in-Progress, which helps real women succeed with their health-goals, from quitting smoking to losing 10 pounds.
