Fruit Rockets

Ingredients
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup pear juice
  • 2 tbsp coconut
  • ¼ tsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
Add in for each person:
  • 2 tbsp almonds
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp hazelnuts

Directions:

Fruit Rockets
  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth
  2. Pour onto fruit trays
  3. Dehydrate for 12 hours at 130 degrees
